The Economist tells me that this week Russia holds a parade of tanks and nuclear weapons through the Red Square in Moscow. How bizarre is that?
Then again, that's the country where at least six people wer killed this winter by icicles falling from tall buildings. And nobody got sued. They're certainly not filled with fear of death and liability like we are.
